With no government funding Code 9 relies on the generosity of donations and fundraising.

Every dollar we raise goes directly to support first responders suffering from PTSD and their families.

We have four major fundraising events each year as well as lots of minor ones sprinkled throughout.

All of our major events are designed to not only raise much needed funds but also physically help our members as well as members of the community.

We provide helpful content by posting links to mindfulness and meditation exercises, links to helpful apps, articles and other material.  Utilising our social media accounts we can provide content that is at your fingertips and easy to share to help others in the process.

Find Your Fit in February

During the month of February, we want you to find your fit. So what does that mean? It means that we want you to find what works best for you, not someone else, but you.

Physical fitness plays such an important role in mental health and when you find what you enjoy doing, it is a lot easier to start and continue to do.

Be that running, swimming, hiking, trekking, surfing, stand up paddleboarding, tennis, squash, mountain bike riding, road cycling, weights, yoga, walking or whatever gets your body moving and contributes to a higher level of fitness.

Be Mindful in May

Throughout the month of May, we encourage everyone to be mindful.

We provide FREE content by posting links to mindfulness and meditation exercises, links to helpful apps, articles and other material.  Utilising our social media accounts we can provide content that is at your fingertips and easy to share to help others in the process.

How about joining us in May and help improve or maintain your positive mental health.

We have healthy recipes, meal planners and live chats with nutrionists to help you think about what you're putting in your mouth and making better choices.

000 - 9000+ Step Challenge

Exercise is well known to be a great benefit for your mental health so we band together to count our steps and encourage one another to get those bodies moving in November.

We have our very own step tracker so that you can monitor your own steps as well as combine everyones for a total step tally.  There are tips and information provided to help you meet your goals.
