LIVING WITH PTSD: Code 9 Mental Health Support Program

We are incredibly proud to announce that - with the generous support from the amazing teams at the Firefighters Charity Fund Melbourne and Lucy Cannon at @helga_dot_rings - we have developed the “Living with PTSD: Psychological First Aid” program.

This support program has been specifically designed for our members, partners and carers.

It has been broken down into two parts, three webinars as well as a series of micro lessons about PTSD on an easy to follow educational app.

The three webinars are on Psychological First Aid and Resiliance for First Responders and their partners.

2. Living with PTSD: Psychological  Support for First Responder Partners & Families

3. Living with PTSD: Resilience for First Responders
